The aim of the course is to train the holder of a Commercial Pilot’s licence to the highest level to be issued with the FI(A) rating.
The student instructor will be schooled in the principles of basic flying training and its application up to the PPL(A) level. Special emphasis is made on the importance of flight safety, understanding the pupil’s level of education, maturity, judgement and the understanding of the adult mind among other things. This guarantees that the student instructor reaches a high enough level to be able to teach ground school classes as well as supervise in-flight exercises.
